Patrick’s journey began in real estate luxury homes in 2006 as a real estate agent, advancing to a broker’s license and then expanding into flipping and building luxury homes for his own real estate portfolio since 2012. In 2023, he founded Luxury Estates Builders Inc., a white-glove building experience tailored to clients seeking a seamless, high-end process. This marked the transition from developing personal investment properties to offering luxury home construction as a full-service experience for private clients.
From land acquisition to floorplan design and full-scale construction, we work closely with our clients to craft homes that are both timeless and innovative.
